The ORC-7MMV is a length of O-ring cord with a 7mm cross section, extruded in Viton (FKM) 75 Duro. O-ring cord is cut to length and joined (glued or vulcanised) on site to create custom-size O-rings, making it ideal for large-diameter or non-standard seals that are not available off the shelf, and for emergency repairs.
Viton (FKM) fluoroelastomer offers outstanding resistance to high temperatures, petroleum oils, fuels and a wide range of chemicals, far exceeding nitrile in heat and chemical resistance. Typical operating range approximately -20C to +200C.
